The terms that govern use of the Postairo platform.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Postairo. By creating an account, connecting a channel, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

Postairo is a social publishing and scheduling platform. It allows users to connect supported channels, prepare content, schedule publishing, review queue activity, and access related workspace features such as settings and collaboration controls.

The service also supports sign-in with Google and other providers for account authentication and workspace access.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must be legally able to use the service in your jurisdiction and old enough to consent to these terms or have the permission of a parent or guardian where required by law.

You are responsible for the content you create, upload, schedule, or publish through Postairo.

• Keep account and workspace access secure.
• Maintain authority to manage the channels you connect.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.
• Only connect Google or other third-party accounts that you are authorized to use.
• Avoid using the service to distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.

You may not use Postairo to:

• gain unauthorized access to the service, other users, or third-party platforms,
• send spam, malicious content, or abusive automated activity,
• violate applicable laws or third-party intellectual property rights,
• impersonate another person or misrepresent authority over connected channels, or
• interfere with the stability, security, or operation of the service.

Postairo and its underlying software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Postairo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. By using the service, you grant Postairo a limited right to process, store, and transmit that content only as necessary to operate the service.

Postairo depends on third-party platforms and APIs for connected publishing features. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the terms, policies, and technical availability of the relevant platform.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, permission revocations, or other actions taken by third-party services.

If you connect a Google account, you authorize Postairo to access the profile and email data needed to authenticate your account and maintain the connection. You may disconnect that account in Postairo settings at any time, subject to the service rules governing your sign-in methods.

We work to keep Postairo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

We may also update plan limits, integrations, or workflows when operational, technical, or legal requirements change.

Postairo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where they cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postairo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from service interruptions, data loss, third-party platform changes, or unauthorized account access.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if use of the service creates risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Postairo after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those terms.
